Summary of all Changes on The Third Verse

This is a break down of all changes we have made as of 9/5/2025
Moving forward we will be using a version patch system

Wings

  • Increased max power Wing M lift from 1,000,000 N to 2,000,000 N
  • Increased max power Wing M Variant lift from 1,000,000 N to 2,000,000 N
  • Increased max Wing S lift from 250,000 N to 500,000 N
  • Increased max Wing XS lift from 625,000 N to 1,250,000 N
  • This should help with the issue of having to create wing stacks, reducing element lag


  • Increased Wing XS Max lift factor from 12.5 to 25
  • Increased Wing S Max lift factor from 50 to 100
  • Increased Wing M Max Lift Factor from 200 to 400
  • Increased Wing M Variant Max Lift factor from 200 to 400
  • Increased Wing L Max Lift factor from 800 to 1,600
  • Increased Wing L hitpoints to 7,500.


Brakes

  • Increased max power for Air Brake L from 5,000,000 N to 10,000,000 N
  • Increased max power for Air Brake M from 500,000 N to 1,000,000 N
  • Increased max power for Air Brake S from 50,000 N to 100,000 N
  • This should also help the issue of brake stacks and reduce element lag

  • Increased Retro Rocket S Brake power to 200,000 (previously 100,000)
  • Increased Retro Rocket M Brake power to 1,200,000 (previously 600,000)
  • Increased Retro Rocket L Brake power to 7,200,000 (previously 3,600,000)


Engines

  • Increased Uncommon to Exotic Safe Atmospheric engine ratings across sizes.


Misc Element Buffs

  • Reduced Warp Drive weight to 37,500 (was 75,000)
  • Increased Warp Speed to 9,999,999 KmH (was 2,520,000).
  • Updated Canopy Unit Volumes – Hit Points for each are in review


Element Loading Overhaul

  • Elements are now sorted by type and loaded in batches, with an improved category order for smoother performance.
  • Categories have been design to load in a logic order
  • Reduced the overall weights of gravity inverted containers. (all rarities)


Adjusters

  • New Adjustors have been added for each size, with recipes available in Uncommon, Advanced, Rare, and Exotic tiers. 


Gate Change

  • Adjusted Gate XS Weight to 38 Tons (was 122 Tons)
  • Adjusted Expanded Gate S Weight to 51 Tons (was 122 Tons)
  • Adjusted Gate M Weight to 69 Tons (was 122 Tons)
  • Adjusted Expanded Gate L Weight to 92 Tons (was 122 Tons)
  • Gate XL weight remains at 122 Tons.


Introduction of XL cores

  • Same cell size as the other cores.
  • Dynamic & space are t5 and static are t3
  • New recipes to craft those new cores
  • New schematic introduced for xl cores
  • Elevator Range Buff → Elevators can reach the whole XL core


Mining Updates


  • Reduced Mining unit calibration cool-down to 23 hours
  • Now you can calibrate at the same time every day without time creep.
  • Territory Scanner time has been reduced to 10 minutes
  • Decreased DSAT scan time to 15 seconds (was 30 seconds).
  • Added Legacy Scanners and crafting recipe.

Asteroid Rework


Talemai Ore Pool Update: Populated with all T1, Natron, Garnierite and Gold Nuggets.

Adjusted asteroid spawn probability in safe zone (increased chances)

Changes:

Tier 1: 100% chance

Tier 2: 75% chance

Tier 3: 50% chance

Tier 4: 25% chance

Tier 5: 10% chance


Space Enhancements


  • Speed Limit in space is now 50,000 KMH for all ships
  • Added a 50 SU safe zone around Lacobus
  • Added a 50 SU safe zone around Symeon
  • Added a 50 SU safe zone around Ion
  • Added a 50 SU safe zone around Jago
  • Added a 50 SU safe zone around Feli
  • Added a 50 SU safe zone around Talemai
  • Important Note: Sinnen, Sicari, and Teoma have 2 SU safe zones to avoid impacting Alien space cores.

Recipe changes: 


  • Added Fireworks as a craftable item (requires various chemicals)
  • Basic Small containers are now nanocraftable
  • Carbon Fiber, Wood, and Brick products are nanocraftable
  • Added Fireworks as a craftable item! ALL fireworks consume high amounts of Oxygen and Hydrogen


Honeycomb Refining

  • Honeycomb can be recycled to its pure form or product material. Can group by type for recycling instead of having 1382 recipes.



Exotic Crafting:


  • Cannon and Missile are now sharing Plasma Quattuor
  • Railgun and Laser are now sharing Plasma Quinque
  • Containers are using now Plasma Sex instead of Plasma Octo
  • Fuel tanks are using now Plasma Septem instead of Plasma Octo
  • Core XL & Warp beacon are using Plasma Octo


Industry Enhancements


  • Talent Update: Schematic Research time efficiency (talent) now gives -5% schematic research time per level
  • Advanced schematic research time efficiency (talent) now gives -10% schematic research time per level
  • A new button has been added to retrieve all schematics at once
  • Containers now have 20 industry Input and Output links
  • Container Hubs now have 20 industry Input and Output links
  • Doubled Input and output for T2 to T5 Pure materials and other categories
  • Adjusted Transfer Unit Rates for Components, Connectors, Fixations, Leds, Screws, Pipes, Hydraulics, Burners, Injectors
  • Transfer batch sizes: 50

Misc Enhancements


  • Reduced Fetch Construct time to 2 hour delay (was 24 hour delay)
  • Reduced Territory tax to 100,000 per tile
  • Decreased Organization Vote Duration to 48 hours (previously 168 hours).
  • Increased Repair tool efficiency talent to 20% (was 10%).


Element Changes


  • New Element Exchange System → Swap elements directly on deployed constructs. In build mode, right click on the element, go to "Advanced => Exchange element"
  • When spawning ships, you can now select or set priority on elements and select damaged and substitute HC


Build-mode improvement


  • Elements in the build-helper are now sorted alphabetically Added an ability to change your speed in build-mode. (slider)
  • Reduced the HoneyComb swap timers 50%. Was 6 minutes is now 3.
  • Increased the range of elevators to reach the full length of a full LCore


Angular Speed Adjustment

  • Angular speed has been quadrupled (4x) for heavy haulers.
